Where to Get Dinner & Drinks in Lake Havasu
One of the questions we get asked most often is, "Where should we grab dinner?" or "What's your favorite spot for drinks?"
Truthfully, Lake Havasu has so many great local restaurants that it's hard to narrow it down. But these are a few of our go-to favorites. Whether you're looking a fun night out, a cool spot to feed the family, or a place to unwind with a cold drink, these are the spots we find ourselves recommending again and again.
Golf N' Brews
2018 McCulloch Blvd N, Unit A | (928) 732-2905
Sunday–Thursday—8 a.m.–10 p.m.Friday–Saturday—8 a.m.–2 a.m.
Golf N' Brews is one of Havasu's newest hangouts, and it's quickly become a favorite for our family and our guests. We love stopping in for a local brew and making a friendly competition out of the afternoon.
Even if you're not a golfer, the simulator bays are a blast for families, couples, and groups looking for something different to do before dinner or while enjoying a few craft beers. They don't have a full kitchen, but they'll happily connect you with local restaurants that deliver right to your bay—making it easy to settle in and stay awhile.
Cha-Bones
1120 McCulloch Blvd N | (928) 855-0588
open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday & SaturdaY, 11 a.m.–10 p.m.
When we're in the mood for a consistently great meal, Cha-Bones is always high on our list. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between upscale and relaxed, making it just as good for date night as it is for dinner with friends.
We almost always recommend starting with the pork wings, and you can't go wrong with one of their steaks or seafood specials. If you're looking for a place that feels a little elevated without being overly formal, this is it.
Angelina's Italian Kitchen
1530 El Camino Dr | (928) 680-3868
Open Daily from 3:00–9:30 p.m.
For authentic Italian comfort food, Angelina's has been a Havasu favorite for decades—and for good reason. Family-owned and full of character, it's the kind of restaurant that makes you feel like you've been invited over for Sunday dinner.
We love recommending their homemade lasagna, chicken parmesan, and rich fettuccine Alfredo, and there's no leaving without dessert if the cannoli or tiramisu are available. It's one of those places guests tell us they end up visiting more than once during their stay.
Flying X Saloon
2030 McCulloch Blvd N | (928) 854-3599
open Daily from 3 p.m. to Close (NFL Sundays open at 10 a.m.)
If you're looking for a true Lake Havasu nightlife experience, Flying X is hard to beat. It's one of our favorite places to grab an ice-cold beer, listen to live country music, and soak up the fun atmosphere. The huge dance floor keeps the energy going all night, and if you're hungry, the wings, nachos, and burgers are always solid choices. It's the kind of place where locals and visitors mix together, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to experience Havasu after dark.
